Indigo Pearl is an award-winning luxury resort in Phuket that features exquisitely designed suites and a full array of facilities. Despite rating high on every traveller's list, Indigo Pearl is always looking out for that little extra touch to enhance their guests' experience.
With the proliferation of social network, online sharing of photos is getting increasingly common. With this trend in mind, we set up an e.postcard platform, where instead of waiting till the end of their holiday, hotel guests at indigo pearl are able to send a digital postcard to their loved ones whilst on their holiday. What's unique about this platform is that guests are able to take snapshots on their mobile phones anywhere within the vicinity of the hotel, and with one click, be able to send the photo as an e.postcard to multiple recipients, or upload it to their blogs or social networking site at no cost.
In addition, an underlying CRM module indirectly presents Indigo Pearl with details of their next target market (i.e. recipients of the e.postcards), and the opportunity to reach out to them.
TMAL is a major insurance agency based in Singapore. Every agent is required annually to undergo Continuous Professional Development (CPD), which means they have to attend a number of courses in order to fulfill the minimum required CPD hours. Five staffs were tasked to manage this entire programme and even then they were overwhelmed.
Our closed group communications solution, eCommuniQ, enabled TMAL to publish course information, manage registrations/cancellations, optimize attendance, send reminders, tally attendees, manage individual CPD hours, and do much more. All the previously-required paperwork is eliminated. And all communication to and from the agents are done through the unique one-click send and response system. The staffing requirement was reduced from five to one person - and she's less stressed than ever before!
